WARRANTY 

FOR CDS DOORS MANUFACTURED

WITH POLYSTYRENE CORE

   COMMERCIAL DOOR SYSTEMS makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except that the goods sold shall be of the standard quality of Commercial Door Systems, that the product has been thoroughly tested and inspected in accordance with Commercial Door Systems’ high standards, and that the product is guaranteed against structural failure of the main frame of the door, and delamination of the face sheets from the polystyrene core material – for twenty-five years from date of delivery.  This warranty is in addition to, but does not replace, the standard guarantees granted by CDS and the manufacturers of its component parts.  This warranty applies to door models with polystyrene cores only.  All frame series, panel series and CDS hardware are covered under the Standard Commercial Door Systems Warranty.  Commercial Door Systems does not assume any responsibility for damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse (see recommended use chart), faulty installation or failure of hardware not supplied by Commercial Door Systems.  Only the application of anodized and painted finishes on all aluminum surfaces is guaranteed.  Abrasions and wear from use frequency are not covered by this warranty.  Defective goods shall be replaced or repaired at Commercial Door Systems’ discretion.  No claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed.  Notification must be given to the factory before the installation of any item that may have a possible manufacturing error or material defect.

STANDARD WARRANTY

TEN YEARS

   COMMERCIAL DOOR SYSTEMS makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except that the goods sold shall be of the standard quality of Commercial Door Systems, that the product has been thoroughly tested and inspected in accordance with Commercial Door Systems’ high standards, and that the product is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for ten years from the date of delivery.  This warranty applies to all door models and frame series.  Commercial Door Systems doors not assume any responsibility for damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse (see recommended use chart), faulty installation or failure of hardware not supplied by Commercial Door Systems.  Only the application of anodized and painted finished on all aluminum surfaces is guaranteed.  Abrasions and wear from use frequency are not covered by this warranty.  Defective goods shall be replaced or repaired at Commercial Door Systems’ discretion.  No claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed.  Notification must be given to the factory before the installation of any item that may have a possible manufacturing error or material defect.
